我已经按照说明上的文档设置
dtc_conf set _bootForce=true
dtc_conf set _fpgaForceLoad=false
但是现在每次发送命令都是上述结果，请问该怎么解决，谢谢！
补充一下：USB status 测试时，usb test loopback 10次 passed

我重新找了一台XDS560 V2，读取firmware固件版本号为：swRev=5.0.780.0
升级的固件版本号为：2.2.0.5，软件自带的明显不对，不知道为什么还要加在里面。

可以识别，usb status测试都是正常的。可以确定是固件更新出的问题，但是我现在找不到最新的固件，无法更新进去。

你好，固件是spectrum 仿真器自身固件，并非是ccs软件
