OMAPL138平台上，Jtag连仿真器连不上

新做了一个板子，发现JTAG仿真连不上，报如下错误：

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-1146
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,Invalid data was scanned by the emulation controller.
Verify the board setup to make sure the scan chain is properly
defined.
If the setup is correct, then RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect eachtarget from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

不知道有没有大神知道原因？

检测了晶振时钟正常，138的电源上电顺序也正常，先是1.2V，过了4ms后1.8V，之后是3.3V，从TCK和RTCK测出的时钟频率为8MHz左右的方波，幅值为4V，看起来均是正常的

请问这是连接ARM核还是DSP核时的报错信息？

电脑操作系统是什么？ccs和仿真器是什么？能连其他板子吗？

target configuration file里的test能通过吗？

上述的报错信息是在ccs3.3下连接DSP核时提示的。
ARM核提示如下：
Warning:

Warning during: Execution, OCS,
Cannot halt the processor

Board Name: OMAPL138_TIXDS560
Cpu Name: ARM9_0

Abort:Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry:Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel:Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.

仿真器是XDS560P，电脑操作系统是win7旗舰版32位。

用win7的话，建议用ccs v5以上的版本。

另外， 先要connect ARM核，再去connect dsp核，dsp核需要ARM核reset。
