TI中文支持网各位专家，你们好，我现在做了一个AM3517的样板（仿照天漠公司的SOC8200），用串口终端看可以看到40x,但不能将x-load 烧到NANDFlash中，用的工具是Flash v1.6，NANDFlash是使用的镁光的MT29F2G16ABAEAWP，然后我用示波器看NandFlash的输入脚/WE、ALE、CLE、/CE、/RE，发现都有很多脉冲，例如WE#：幅值：3.3V，脉冲宽度：0.28us ；CE# ：幅值：3.3V，脉冲宽度：0.2us的波形。这些引脚都是直接连在AM3517芯片上的GPMC_NWE，GPNC_NADV_ALE，GPMC_NBE0_CLE ，GPMC_NCS0，GPMC_NOE引脚上，为什么会有这样的时序出来，是AM3517内部固化了一段程序，还是硬件上哪里连错会产生这样的原因，我用示波器看了开发板，并没有这样的时序出来，现在找不到原因，请各位专家指点点，该怎么检测与判断？

烧录还是有问题，我上传了一个附件，里面记录了我用示波器看到的NandFlash在没有烧程序和烧程序后的输入引脚波形。便于各位专家帮我找到问题的所在。
我用Flash v1.6.0.0擦除和下载在Flash V1.6.0.0的output中最后都显示了Console program success, exit code: 0
在超级终端中显示40X，可惜烧录的xload信息没有显示出来，请专家帮我找找原因，用的NandFlash是MT29F2G16ABAEAWP，大小512M，16位，在附件中有说明。

注：
xload在NandFlash为三星芯片K9F2G08U0B，大小256M，8位的开发板中是可以用的，可以显示出xload的信息。
