各位专家,你们好,我现在做了一个AM3517的样板(仿照天漠公司的SOC8200),用串口终端看可以看到40x,但不能将x-load 烧到NANDFlash中,用的工具是Flash v1.6,NANDFlash是使用的镁光的MT29F2G16ABAEAWP,然后我用示波器看NandFlash的输入脚/WE、ALE、CLE、/CE、/RE,发现都有很多脉冲,例如WE#:幅值:3.3V,脉冲宽度:0.28us ;CE# :幅值:3.3V,脉冲宽度:0.2us的波形。这些引脚都是直接连在AM3517芯片上的GPMC_NWE,GPNC_NADV_ALE,GPMC_NBE0_CLE ,GPMC_NCS0,GPMC_NOE引脚上,为什么会有这样的时序出来,是AM3517内部固化了一段程序,还是硬件上哪里连错会产生这样的原因,我用示波器看了开发板,并没有这样的时序出来,现在找不到原因,请各位专家指点点,该怎么检测与判断?

烧录还是有问题,我上传了一个附件,里面记录了我用示波器看到的NandFlash在没有烧程序和烧程序后的输入引脚波形。便于各位专家帮我找到问题的所在。
我用Flash v1.6.0.0擦除和下载在Flash V1.6.0.0的output中最后都显示了Console program success, exit code: 0
在超级终端中显示40X,可惜烧录的xload信息没有显示出来,请专家帮我找找原因,用的NandFlash是MT29F2G16ABAEAWP,大小512M,16位,在附件中有说明。

注:
xload在NandFlash为三星芯片K9F2G08U0B,大小256M,8位的开发板中是可以用的,可以显示出xload的信息。

是不是 l 只能为 " 1 " ,我的芯片 l = " 2 ",是不是这个软件不支持?
