我们第二版新板子在调试过程中,ddr换成了两片512M的ddr3l,和原始方案(第一版用的256*2)完全相同,发现uboot在533M时,无法运行,启动后uboot也无打印信息,改成400M,可以起来,但是加载m3 firmware时,运行下图,异常死机,完全没响应。后来,把两个板子,换成第一版同样的256M*2工作在的,一块板子启动工作在533和400情况和下图一样,另一块也是一样,但是在400M,程序正常起来后,运行一段几十s时间,后,直接死机,无响应。
uboot kernel 应用程序完全一样,在第一版上正常,我比较怀疑是ddr的问题,ddr,有什么可以优化的地方吗?谢谢能给予一些帮助。

请问更换DDR 后,在uboot 和kernel 中 ddr 的时序是否有重新按ddr规格配置?

没有重新配置,但是我们两块新板子换过来之前的ddr,也不能稳定运行,只是一块降频后,可以运行过加载m3 firmware,完全启动link后,几s后发现,死掉,电源供电电流也从600多毫安,急剧下降到300多毫安。有时观察到200多毫安,降到200多毫安,网口只是灯比较暗,也无法识别网线插拔,我们这一版,改了电源,感觉电源也可能会引起;
