vc5510连接不上仿真器，之前是可以连接的

错误提示是：

Error 0x80000242/-1144
Fatal Error during: Memory, Initialization, OCS,The memory at 0x000000BE continually indicated it was 'not ready'
The emulator was unable to regain control of the processor.
The processor must be reset.

是什么原因呢

如果调试环境ccs, 仿真器都没变过的话，突然连不上可能是硬件上的问题，请量一下DSP clockout管脚是否有时钟信号输出？JTAG口的各个管脚信号是否正确？
