TI中文支持网利用project中target cponfig进行test。上电或reset后，第一次可以正常连接，第二此连接时直接报错， 后续就没法连接了。 现在已经有很多块板子出现同样情况，即使是刚开始都可以连接和debug，下载多次后，也会出现这种情况。 因此，排除焊接问题。
在论坛上看了，有的说是电源问题。我已经检测了所有电源。输出都是正常的。电路图也是按照datasheet做的。
