XDS给CC1310烧写出现问题

多次尝试烧写没有成功,TEXT CONNECTION 如下

各位工程师,你们好,我今天刚刚买来XDS100V3,在烧写的过程中报错,如下(我用的是CCS6)

但是我 的SmartRF可以识别

接线图如下,下面两对电源5V是外接的,3.3V是接的仿真器的,想问一下这个3.3V是给芯片的供电吗,还有上面的错误是什么原因呢
