HVAC中 Fan Control Cluster Attributes 怎么控制

HVAC中 （例如：Fan Control Cluster Attributes）  怎么发送cmd控制on/off/speed

zcl中只有Schedule相关的cmd，是不是只能通过foundation layer中的send write来控制？谢谢
