驱动程序未正确安装或未安装，点更新驱动程序，选择本地路径：F:\ti\ccsv7\ccs_base\emulation\windows\，这个文件夹下面有多个仿真器的驱动，选择相应的仿真器文件夹重新安装一遍就好了。我是这样解决的。

先把驱动清除，然后再安装，安装时选择的路径如楼上所述
