The CLB block is only able to be used at this time with TI provided libraries. We do not yet have a customer configurable tool for this module. The point of the existing documentation is just to indicate the module exists on certain devices so that customers know which devices will support the TI provided libraries which at the moment are mainly Position Manager (e.g. Endat) libraries. It intentionally leaves out the inner details since customers are not able to configure it at this time.

里面提到不开放CLB，不可配。但是是寄存器地址没有说不可以公开，28379D不是公开 了吗！他不是说，告诉我们可以用对应LIB来应用，那也有移植相对应的文件才对，我就是看了280049C可以移植POSITION_MANAGER才碰到CLB寄存器地址要这个CLB.CMD!
