TDC7201-ZAX-EVM: Connection Wrong

Hello, dear engineer, I am trying to drive TDC7201 with FPGA. I wrote the program according to the few TDC7200 routines, but when I connected TDC and FPGA, I couldn't drive it and there was no response. I connected ENABLE, SCLK, GND, INTB1, VDD, CSB1, DOUT1, DIN. I made sure that I should choose mode 1 of TDC1, and I didn't connect them wrong. That blog can also drive it, because I have successfully driven it with MSP myself. When connecting with MSP, EXT_CLOCK was not connected, so I didn't connect CLOCK.
