ADC3662EVM: 模拟信号输入范围正常,但是数字输出出现了类似溢出的现象。The analog input range is normal, and the digital output data appears to overflow

When I used the ADC3662,
Configuration mode: 2wire, 16bit, internal reference voltage 1.2*1.33=1.6V, by pass 
My register configuration is as follows, and I had no problem testing my SPI configuration with the RAMP and Custom test modes.

我在使用ADC3662时,

配置方式为2wire 16bit 内部参考电压1.2*1.33=1.6V,(使用外部的1.6V电压也还是会出现下列问题)

我的寄存器配置如下,且通过RAMP和Custom测试模式,测试我的SPI配置没有问题。

The voltage of the analog input pin in channel A is in the range of 0.8V~1.2V (in the range of 0.15~1.75), AINM(N) is in the range of 0.8V~1.2V (in the range of 0.15~1.75), and AINP-AINM is in the range of 0~900mv (in the range of 3.2V differential input). All meet the requirements. Why is the data I measured similar to the phenomenon of flip overflow? 

A通道模拟输入脚的电压AINP输入范围为0.8V~1.2V(在0.15~1.75范围内) ,AINM(N)输入范围为0.8V~1.2V (在0.15~1.75范围内),  AINP-AINM为0~900mv(差分输入范围在3.2V范围内),均符合要求。为什么我测出的数据会类似翻转溢出的现象。我使用有符号16位整型和无符号的16位整型观察波形都不正常,,在使用寄存器0X8F和0x92进行Offset binary 也还是出现这种情况

当我把信号减小到AINP-AINM的范围为0~800mv时数据就正常了。

When I reduced the signal to the AINP-AINM range of 0~800mv, the data would be normal.

    电压输入是满足要求的,但如果0~800mv输入时读数正常,那么超过800mv时的ADC输出数据对吗?
