TMS320F280049: xds100v3正常换xds200仿真器连不上芯片

xds100v3用了很多年，最近因嫌仿真效率低，买了xds200，连不上目标芯片。

现象：

1. 同事电脑拿过来，把xds200仿真器连到他电脑上，ccs连通测试正常，说明硬件&仿真器&线缆都没问题，问题出在我电脑上。

2. CCS版本：12.5.0.00007， 重装过也不行； win11系统，设备管理器可识别到xds2xx，如下图

3. 测试log
