TMP1075: TMP1075NDRLR–Urgent

This modelTMP1075NDRLR  cannot be tinned during use. If the PIN turns black, it looks like oxidation, and even hand soldering cannot be tinned. The customer service explained that pin blackening is not oxidation, but a process. So, what are the production requirements for this process, and how can it be successfully tinned during the furnace process
