DRV2700: Can multiple chips share a single BST voltage for PVDD?

As mentioned in the title, when using the DRV2700 to control multiple PZT channels, is it possible to share a single BST for all devices? Additionally, if a chip is not provided with BST voltage, should its EN pin be grounded?
