MCF8316A: MCF8310 I2C always NACK

  I tried to communicate with mcf8310 using i2c，but when I sent the correct target ID, mcf8310 always return NACK. I power supply VM=5V，and than measure DVDD=1.5V，VCP=9.8V，AVDD=0V（ AVDD_LDO_EN is disable），pull up the SPEED/WAEK pin to 1.2V put the ic into standby mode. Even so, i2c returns NACK after sending the target ID. (I2C SCL SDA pull up resistor is 5.1K).I appreciate if you could help us with the questions.
