3、AM62A3-Q1上的spi，i2c，uart，can-fd是否提供在a53核上基于rtos或者裸跑的bsp，thanks

1. Whether the dual Gigabit network port of the development board provides rtos or bare-run bsp on the a53 core
2. Whether the LPDDR4 on the development board provides RTOs-based or bare run control on the a53 core
