F280049 f28004x_device.h问题

F280049在编译的时候报错，显示未发现 <assert.h>等文件，打开TI提供的 f28004x_device.h里面发现有代码：

#endif //__TMS320C28XX_CLA__
#include <stdbool.h>
#include <stddef.h>
#include <stdint.h>
但是，C2000Ware里面的库文件并不包含上述文件，请问，我应该如何解决此问题？
