1、充电时充不满：电池已经充满，开路电压已经到预设电压，但是RSOC始终都是停在85%。
2、放电时RSOC跳变：5A横流放电时，ROSC会停留在20%的位置持续20分钟，然后忽然掉到7%，FCC直接就更新了。
3、电池是15AH/12V的铅酸电池
以上问题会重复出现，请问是什么原因。

The gauge requires that charge termination settings are compatible with your charger setup so that the gauge will detect a valid charge termination. This is mandatory for the gauge to learn FCC. That RSOC stops at 85% indicates that the gauge doesn't actually detect a full charge (valid charge termination).
Please follow chapter 2.9 Charging and Charge Termination from https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluubf7a/sluubf7a.pdf. You must configure the gauge following the explanation in this chapter so that it will always detect charge termination.
