TI中文支持网我自己设计了三块28335控制板，有两块正常，有1块与ccs3.3连接不上。我用示波器测试了一下jtag，tclk信号正常，tdi有信号，tdo没有信号。ccs连接时间较长，然后出现Error connecting to the target:

这是怎么回事呢？难道是芯片坏了？另外，我设计的板子有时候后莫名其妙出现芯片的1.9V与地短路现象，我已考虑esd问题了，也加上esd保护芯片，这是怎么回事呢？

如果同样的硬件与软件设置前两块好的，第三块有问题则有如下可能，需要检查：
1.F28335的引脚有虚焊（比如tdo等），或者接口有虚焊，这个需要细致检查才能发现，特别是手工焊接的部分，要看焊锡是不是爬上引脚的，如果没有爬上去，很有可能这个地方就虚焊了；
2.焊接中出现了信号线被短路的情况，用万用表可以查出来；
3.芯片JTAG口坏了，这个就只有换芯片了；
