针对POWERGOOD的输出高低电平问题，TPS659039-Q1的默认配置是否只支持SMPS 12 的电源异常检测？还是可以同时支持其他路电源如SMPS 3、SMPS 45、SMPS 6、SMPS 7、SMPS 8、SMPS 9的检测？
若默认配置无法同时支持all SMPS的异常检测？是否可以通过I2C对其做相应配置，使其同时满足支持all SMPS甚至all LDO的异常检测？

The POWERGOOD signal high indicates that all SMPS outputs are within 10% (typical case) of the programmed value. The individual power good signal of a switching regulator is blanked when the regulator is disabled or when the regulator voltage transitions from one set point to another.
