TPS40000: —-TPS4H000BQPWPRQ1 故障率

Hi TI Specialist,

Tesla Shanghai plant use TPS4H000BQPWPRQ1，found PC BA failure of the OHC LED always light on. After analysis, find the IC short between pin 16 and pin17,18.

The failure of this device has happened many times.
After talked with Tesla, Tesla want TI to provide the failure rate for this component to show that the failure rate is very low or it is just single case.

   确认是TPS4H000 的VS脚与OUT3脚之间阻抗是否是短路状态？

   如果是的话，确认一下OUT3的负载是否有异常？

感谢您提供排查问题的解决思路，该问题目前感觉是静电问题，导致的器件的损坏，TI官方给出的概率是1/10000，概率也比较小。
