楼主，选择target configuration的时候选择的是：Texas Instruments XDS100V1 USB Emulator–>Experimenter's Kit-Piccolo F28035吗？
楼主的CCSV5安装后选择的是90天试用版还是Free License？这个报错也会发生在使用90天试用版CCSV5过期之后。
楼主换台电脑连接是否有问题？如果楼主用的是XP系统，用下面的CCSV3连接开发板是否有问题？

Forrest 你好，我用的是Experimenter's Kit-Piccolo F28035这块板卡，但我发现底板上，没有FT2232D这个器件，连接电脑时也并没有提示发现新硬件，是不是这个芯片的事，这是芯片是不是USB和JTAG之间的转化，没有这个芯片，是不是肯定连不上板子，谢谢

楼主要安装一下XDS100的驱动程序。
附件比较大，不好上传，建议楼主重新安装CCSv5，上面本身带有XDS100的驱动的。
