DRA746: USB Accessory Test failed

SOC: DRA746 , Android8.1 , kernel 4.4.117

问题：EVM进行CTS verify 测试的USB Accessory Test这一项时，EVM直接重启，测试失败。

测试步骤：参考Google对USB Accessory Test的测试指引：https://source.android.com/compatibility/cts/cts-verifier#usb-accessory

备注：不一定要使用pixel作为USB Companion，可以用其它符合要求的android手机作为USB Companion。
