针对BQ76940的应用，目前内部测试接上智能充电器时，出现Device_Xready置位的问题，datasheet仅描述只要出现内部错误即置位，需要MCU清除，但是未标识具体是什么错误导致置位，请帮忙提供详细的分析，谢谢！

You have an XREADY condition. One of the groups has lost power or there is a voltage trapped on the TSx pins preventing proper start up. See the FAQ.
Check power at the BAT and VC10X pins.
Check for voltage across CAP2 and CAP3 capacitors
Check the connection of the thermistors, they must have a resistance and be connected to the appropriate reference.
