好像是说无法识别这个仿真器。
建议楼主联系SEED公司，问他们要最新的仿真器驱动和仿真器连接CCSV5的说明文档，重新再操作一遍。

Johnson，你好！我现在用的MCU是TMS320F28020，CCS4.1.3以下版本或者用CCS3.3好像不支持Piccolo系列的MCU，请问有什么好的解决办法？

CCS4.13和CCS3.3都可以支持Piccolo的仿真。

如果楼主在CCS4里面找不到相关型号，可以安装附件C2000芯片支持插件：

请教：是不是XDS100V2 也不没有针对CCSV5的驱动？
我用XDS100V2 也连不上V5.2
