BQ77PL900: BQ77PL900 application problems

I have used BQ77PL900 to connect 8 groups of tandem lithium-polymer.Each battery pack has 5 pieces of lithium-polymer in parallel  .Each battery voltage 4.2V. The designed board can work normally.

Now I plan to replace lithium-polymer with Li-Lion of the same voltage  . Use This board to Connect 8 groups of tandem Li-Lion.Each battery pack has 6 pieces of Li-Lion in parallel. However, after the Li-Lion battery pack is connected to the board, overvoltage is displayed  . Is there any difference between LI-lion and li-polymer for BQ77PL900 that should be noticed  .thank you!

This is an older part, so a bit more difficult to support. But we will do our best to assist you.

The BQ77PL900 should only measure the voltage.

Are the device's settings configured for the new battery voltages?
What is their battery voltage and measured?
What over-voltage threshold did they choose?
