win10；之前我在另外一台win10台式电脑安装是没问题的 这次在笔记本上就出现了上述们问题

我刚在win10上安装了一下，可以成功安装的。个人感觉还是和系统/电脑设置有关。

安装成功了。看了下面的提问后，首先清除了注册表，在没有提示存在杀毒软件的情况下，进行了安装。如果刚开始提示了有杀毒软件，不要强行安装。
