使用CCS10.1.1，自制的CC1310板子（参考launchXL-cc1310）,通过XDS100V3连JTAG;
在CCS及SmartRF flash programmer中可以看到XDS100V3,但不能看到CC1310，不能进行仿真及下载，在ccxml中进行test Connection如下：

在还没有烧录程序的时候，测试DCDC和晶振都没有波型，是否正常呢？
