cc1310 jtag xds100v3 不能找到设备

工程师你好:

使用CCS10.1.1,自制的CC1310板子(参考launchXL-cc1310),通过XDS100V3连JTAG;

在CCS及SmartRF flash programmer中可以看到XDS100V3,但不能看到CC1310,不能进行仿真及下载,在ccxml中进行test Connection如下:

在还没有烧录程序的时候,测试DCDC和晶振都没有波型,是否正常呢?
