TI中文支持网安装完环境后，这个板子是坏的，初始连接就不能连上芯片。FTDI串口连接正确。

If the data read back is all ones (0xFFFFFFFF), it is possible that one of the JTAG lines has a short to VCC.
If the data read back is all zeros (0x00000000), it is possible there is a power failure on the circuit or one of the JTAG lines has a short to GND.建议您测量一下是否有短路的情况
