TI中文支持网CC2640 cJTAG两根线TMSC，TCKC，与XDS100V3的TMS和TCK两根线相连么？
TMSC——-TMS —-PIN1
TCKC——-TCK —-PIN11
GND———GND —- PIN20
PIN4必须要和GND用端接线连起来
这样连之后，CCS6运行还是识别不到器件，我把RST_N链接到PIN2，和PIN15，也不能识别，
TI的FAE大虾？这个问题怎么整？

这是Test Connection的信息。显然不是目标板没上电，因为把连接线全部清除后，出错信息也是这个。所以应该是接线出错
