DRV8312-69M-KIT cannot communicate with GUI successfully, nor with CCSV7

I've just received my kit & powered it up for the first time . The unit was recognized by my pc & I could see it in the device manager on my computer when I plugged the usb port in.As shown in the following figure.

When I let the board communicate with the GUI, the following prompt appears.

And then I turned off the GUI and turned on CCSV7.The connection configuration is shown in the following figure.

Then I click the Save button, and then click the Test Connection button on the right,and indicate connection failure.

I now have an urgent development task to use this development board, and I don't know where the problem is.

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
