TPS65142 WLED 电压输出Vo可以调整到9.9V吗

还有这句话是什么意思
the output voltage VO is within 2V of the input voltage VBAT

VO电压与电池电压VBAT压差不超过2V，就是在VBAT电压2V范围之内。
