HI,TI brother,
like the title ,our battery full charge voltage is13.2V,now ,we set mini system voltaget to 12.8V,and if we set it,how much is the system voltage ?
1,what is the key factor of the system voltage ?
2,how much the system drop,the battery discharge,by the mosfet or body diode,whate the deferent?
now,our system is NB PC ,but,if we set the mini system voltage to 9.216V,the battery will discharge from 100% of RSOC in idle sytem by the CPU turbo.
maybe it is normal by NVDC,but,our costem think is abnormal and can‘t accept.
so we need elevate the mini system voltage value,and what value is reasonable ?

HiSYS电压和你的电池电压有关,并是不固定的。The bq25700A employs Narrow VDC architecture (NVDC) with BATFET separating system from battery. The
minimum system voltage is set by MinSystemVoltage(). Even with a deeply depleted battery, the system is
regulated above the minimum system voltage.
When the battery is below minimum system voltage setting, the BATFET operates in linear mode (LDO mode).
As the battery voltage rises above the minimum system voltage, BATFET is fully on when charging or in
supplement mode and the voltage difference between the system and battery is the VDS of BATFET. System
voltage is regulated 160 mV above battery voltage when BATFET is off (no charging or no supplement current).
