你是意外被锁的吗（你不知道密码）？如果是的话，那没办法解锁，基本只能更换芯片了。建议你还是先判断一下是不是芯片被锁了，换个能正常使用的仿真器试试

仿真器连别的芯片能正常烧程序，可能是我自己程序的问题，已经锁死了3块芯片，意外锁死的，不知道密码

这种问题比较难处理，最快的方法就是交叉实验，定位一下问题。不过一般这种问题都出在硬件上，建议优先检查电源、晶振以及环境干扰等等原因。

这个不太好举。简单来说烧写程序也是一种通讯，如果中间有干扰的话自然会通讯出问题，严重的就可能导致芯片flash擦除或者写入错误，如果这个错误正好在密码区，那芯片就可能被锁了
