2.13.3.7 Device Unique ID
The bank 0 OTP contains a 256-bit value that is made up of both random and sequential parts. This value can be used as a seed for code encryption. The starting address of the value is 0x703C0. The first 192 bits are random, the next 32 bits are sequential, and the last 32 bits are a checksum value.
