TXB0104 Output middle electrical level

We found the TXB0104 output an middle electrical level during working. and also impact the input electrical level.Could you tell me the possible reasons?

Hello, could you please provide some detailed information? For example, you could attach the circuit, what is your signal, open drain or push pull signal? What is the data rate of the signal? Please note that TXB01xx is not used for open drain like I2C application.
