TI中文支持网我使用的是TMS320F28035芯片，在烧录程序的时候经常会出现low-power mode的错误提示，无法烧录。经检测dsp供电正常，仿真器也没有问题。还有可能是什么问题.
错误提示如下：

检查 Target Configuration 是否设置正确。检查 JTAG 是否连接正确（ 尤其是 TRSTN 引脚 ）。

建议检查下硬件电路，芯片周边的滤波电容、1.8V对地的电容、电感的值检查下，应该是供电能力引起的。

检查了晶振，是晶振的问题，现在可以仿真，但是现在在ram里仿真的时候在外部SRAM写一个数据的时候查看该地址的数据会报错
