DVDD18有效前，6678的LVCMOS的输入管脚都不能被驱动么？

tms320c6678.pdf中p124中有如下说明：All LVCMOS input and bidirectional pins must not be driven or pulled high until DVDD18 is present. Driving an input or bidirectional pin
before DVDD18 is valid could cause damage to the device.

请问：复位的时序图中，为什么复位信号在DVDD18前已经驱动为低电平了呢？是不是这几个复位信号在这条规则中可以不考虑呀？

对，POR以及RESET等复位信号必须拉低，在所有电压和时钟稳定以后才能拉高。
