请问这个问题如何解决，是因为使用了高版本的CCS么，如果是，哪个版本是合适的呢？

这个问题应该是无法找到编译器引起的，请确认编译器的路径设置是正确的。

还有，如果不用XDAIS工具的话，直接在属性里面把包含路劲去掉：
"${XDAIS_CG_ROOT}/packages/ti/xdais"
