TI中文支持网从TI store 上买了TMDSHV1PHINVKIT 的评估板。 F28M35核心板上没有下载好程序。 重新试了一下下载，xds100V3 无法连接成功。（电源供电都正常）

目前C2000的开发套件都是用XDS100v2的仿真器的。
