TI中文支持网AM3517产品新板子用SD卡可以进入bootloader菜单并正常启动wince系统，从flash无法启动bootloader，串口打印只有一行就没反应了。串口打印内容每次不一定相同，常见的Hex显示数据：04 01 05 01 34 30 07 58 13 02 01 00 42 C5 C0 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 A1 62 C0 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
个人分析应该是Flash里没有写入bootloader所致，但用Flash1.6.0.0工具无法Erase All，显示Waiting for 2nd后失败。flash里打印的log如下：

同样一批20块板子只有两块可以正常启动，怀疑是flash硬件问题。
有什么办法确定问题是硬件原因？怎么解决擦除失败？麻烦专家指点！

我用的是UART方式烧写。应该不是UART连接问题，因为同一块问题板我用SD卡启动时UART是可以正常进入bootloader菜单，按键选择（输入）和打印log（输出）的。

我工作正常的板子一上电串口就会输出一行含有“40”字符的乱码（勾选sscom32工具上的Hex显示后得到上面的一串数据），然后是十几行正常字符串的log，最后会显示“Hit space to enter configuration menu 5…”，按空格会显示bootloader的菜单选项，按0可以正常启动wince系统。
我的有问题的板子一上电串口只会输出第一行含有“40”的乱码字串，然后就停下来什么输出都没有了。
而从SD卡可以正常启动到bootloader菜单，所以判断CPU里的ROM Code是正常的，flash里没有正确的x-loader程序。
但我想下载bootloader到flash时又遇到Flash tool无法Erase All，停在“Waiting for 2nd”的问题。

重装了Flash工具，重启电脑，一切OK了。
我用的是USB转串口线，可能串口连接或者它的驱动不稳定。
