先做两个基本点的确认：先确认你的配置是不是XDS100V2，然后芯片类型的选择是不是AM335x的系列。
然后想了解你目前的XDS100v2是仿真器，通过JTAG接口连上去，还是通过FTDI2232芯片连上去的。看你的错误log提示，是有可能FTDI的driver没装好导致的。目前插入你的XDS100v2了之后，主机系统中是否能正确识别你的设备。
