Beaglebone Black原理图中使用的是DDR3L内存:MT41K256M16HA -125:E,工作电压是1.35V,而在电源管理芯片TPS65217X文档中写到只有TPS65217D是输出1.35V电压,TPS65217C是输出1.5V,请问这是为什么?

DDR3L的内存大多也兼容DDR3的1.5V电平的,所以用起来并没有问题。 我没有这个ddr的手册,你可以自己确认下。
你可以按照你自己的需求来做这个设计。

DDR3L的供电是可以1.35V兼容1.5V的,所以说,在设计中用1.35V和1.5V都可以,但为了low power的特性,还是选择1.35V的多。

刘工,你好,我们用的电源芯片是tps65217C,做了对比测试
DDR3L leveling结果相差较大
DDR3 leveling结果一致
所以能否确认下tps65217C对DDR3L的支持是否正常,还是需要做其他处理

SW is supposed to set it to 1.35V. Sounds like it got dropped somewhere because initially it did.. It was designed this way because when it was designed, the PMIC defaulted to 1.5V. Since the design there is a TPS65217D that was release later that supports the 1.35V initial setting.
Yep, I meant to do that and Yes it is OK, however I prefer the SW folks fix UBoot, if it isn't too much trouble.
