* Windows Start -> <Shift> + Restart -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Startup Settings -> Restart
* Select option: Safe Mode with Networking
* Start cmd as administrator
* (Optional) Enter: net start msiserver
* Run CCS offline installer
* Allow the Windows Defender Firewall exception
