看起来是擦除过程出现问题。

CCS软件用的是4.1.2版本，仿真器用的是100V2
少些时出现这个问题是什么原因呢

我在网上查的时候看见了同样的问题但是没看见接解决方法和原因

下载最新的CCS7或是Uniflash, 不要用CCS4.
