TI中文支持网我用DSP2806芯片做的板子，上电后发现，DSP的仿真器无法连接芯片
仿真器型号是ICETEK-5100USB V2.0A错误提示：

It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect eachtarget from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.
