用仿真器debug的时候没法下载到目标板，我是新手，求指点

提示错误：

仿真器是：SEED XDS560v2 目标板是：EVMDM8168

跟win8有关系吗，已经把防火墙关了杀毒删了，要怎么设置才行？

请问你使用的CCS是5.1么？如果是，这个版本不支win8. 请使用v5.4以及以上版本。
