请问,PCN rule 是怎么样的?等待您的解答!
Jerry Xiao:
TI有详细的PCN policy as below:
TI complies with JESD46C regarding notification of Product/Process changes and complies with JESD48B regarding Product Obsolescence process. As part of our product change process TI will commit to notification of any change that may affect fit, form, function, or adversely impact quality or reliability. TI reserves the right to communicate the change in two parts, initial and final. Also see our Product Obsolescence Policy.
Notification Information: TI will provide the following information a minimum of 90 days before the implementation of any notifiable change.
TI also requests acknowledgement of receipt of the notification. Contact information is provided in each PCN.
If samples are needed for your evaluation of a change we require that this request be made within 30 days of the notification.
TI reserves the right to make changes without notification when fit, form, function, quality and reliability are not affected. Note: TI is committed to the continuous supply of quality products; we evaluate, qualify and validate every change that is made. If you have any comments please feel free to contact the TI WW PCN Administrator at:
PCNAmericasContact@list.ti.com
or you can contact your Local Account or Sales Representative.
Product Obsolescence Policy: We are also committed to provide notification of Product Obsolescence and offer a Life Time Buy (LTB) opportunity, where applicable. TI allows up the 12 months for an order to be place from the date of notification and allows an additional 6 months to take delivery of the ordered product.
