CC2541 sniffer去搭配dongle使用协议

想咨询一下  我们批量生产蓝牙设备需要读取蓝牙mac地址  想用dongle抓取蓝牙信息 自己做上位机读取  但是不知道上位机和dongle的通讯协议是什么  我看都是用smartrf packet sniffer读dongle的信息 ，请问sniffer去搭配dongle使用协议？
